How can i prevent upper lip lines from appearing?

I am a smoker and i know that some women who smoke develop upper lip wrinkles from their 30′s. I want to avoid this while continuing to smoke. Any tips?

NIP + FAB TummyFix! anyone tried it??

so i still have a mummy tummy, its quite stretched and i really want it to go without surgery. its more loose skin than anything but iv seen other peoples and mine isnt really that bad! but i dont like it and want to try my best to get my old tummy back, or something similar. so i heard about this cream called nip + fab tummy fix, iv bought some and going to try it. anyone tried it and did it work?>
