How can i get rid of the really deep expression lines / wrinkles on my forehead!?

So im only 16 and i have these 2 huge expression lines on my forehead. They are really deep and i cant seem to cover them with makeup. they make me look like yoda! hahaha. but i dont want to get into botox or anything like that… Help!!!!

If you have these lines and you are only 16, you are going to have to work really hard to prevent them from getting worse and eventually, you may need to have Botox.

In the meantime, you can possibly minimize them through by keeping your skin as healthy as possible, microdermabrasion treatments can help, as the micro crystals will exfoliate the superficial dead layers of skin bringing fresh healthy skin to the surface and also speed up the cell turnover rate. Using a complete broad spectrum sunscreen everyday, even when you are not going to the beach or outside all day will help. We receive a lot of sun exposure walking to and from the car, waiting for the bus, etc.

Those lines are caused by repeated expressions, so you must use those muscles frequently. Try to be mindful of raising your eyebrows, and how often in a day or conversation you do so. If you are able to minimize this activity, you can also somewhat inhibit the progression of these lines.

Eventually, however, you will probably resort to Botox, which is a fabulous treatment and can make significant changes in lines on the forehead, between the eyebrows and the crows feet areas. Botox is very safe and very effective.
