Double Chins Remedied Using Facial Exercise

When you closely examine your face what is the biggest detraction or the neon light that calls attention to your facial imperfections?  Is that looming chin – the dreaded wattle – tops on your list?

Double chins can occur even when you haven’t gained an ounce but wearing an extra roll of flesh can make you look pounds heavier.

Covering your body when your waist, tummy, arms or hips are expanding is a type of camouflage most girls learn at an early age.  We can wear slimming clothes that detract from the actual challenges of gaining a few pounds; now with spandex undergarments, we can easily hide and disguise bulging waistlines or less than thin thighs.

Just as you see aging in other areas of your face such as hooded eyes, sagging cheeks and folds along your mouth, these are all indications that the once tight muscles hidden beneath your skin are now losing their firmness which results in a look reminiscent of your elder relatives.

Baby Boomers – Do Your Eyes and Eye Brows Droop?

Wearing eye make up is an art especially if you are over the age of forty.  Why?  Eyes on a mature person generally begin to appear round with slight drooping at the outer corners.  Couple this with crow’s feet and it won’t be long before you may give up using eye make up all together as hooded eyes smear eye shadow, mascara runs into tiny crevices that spring up overnight and eye liner seems to absorb into the inner corners of the eyes. 

Even when subtle, easy handed applications are used, the look isn’t quite what you desire and it certainly isn’t the look your eyes had when you were in your 20′s and 30′s.   

Slight shifting of your muscles and skin that began in your 40′s has developed into the look of tiredness that makeup or eyeglasses cannot hide.  The downward push of the eye brows make eyelids look heavy, eyes look misshapen and nothing about eye makeup is appealing.
