What can I do at 22 to Prevent Fine lines and Wrinkles?

I am only 22, and have noticed very small fine lines underneath my eyes. Is this normal? What Can I do to prevent further lines and wrinkles? I already use spf sunscreen. Can I use anti againg produs at my age?

I have some lines under my eyes, im 28, im not sure how i got them but i would like to start taking care of that area cause im told its a sensitive area in general. can you tell me some effective ways to prevent aging for that area? also im curious, how does a 28 yr old get lines under the eyes, isnt that kind of early?
