how do i get rid of under eye wrinkles ?? ?

how do i get rid of the under eye wrinkles that i have with LITTLE money. Is there a way i can get rid of them under $20 ?? ?? They are new, and aren’t deep, but i would love them gone because i’m only 14 and i don’t want them to get worse. Is there anything that will get rid of them ?? ? Home remedies would be better. I DO NOT want to know how to prevent or hide them, i want to know how to get rid of them.

How to get wrinkles out of zip up plastic dress bag?

Hoping someone can help me! I have a Vera Wang dress bag that my wedding dress came in made out of thickish (kind of sticky) plastic with a zip up the front. Unfortunately I stuffed it in the cupboard and now its all crumpled and I can’t get the wrinkles out of it. I obviously can’t iron it as the plastic will melt, any ideas how I can get the plastic smooth again? Thanks for your help!
