Getting rid of Deep Neck Wrinkles?

I recently had a double chin from lack of excercise. As I’ve excercised i’m getting rid of the double chin but I have some ugly neck wrinkles. Any way to get rid of them?

im not 100% sure but you can try moisturizing it with any lotion daily. hope that works
