Upper Lip Wrinkles

How to thicken skin/rid of wrinkles?

My upper lip area has these tiny lines that run parallel to my lip (inch long). I belive they are called atrophic wrinkles, and are probably due to thinning skin in that area, because i used steroid creams in the past. What can i do to fix this? I have been doing oil massage and rubbing vigourously back and forth, but not sure if that works.

Do you smoke? I’ve heard and read that wrinkles around the mouth can also be caused by smoking.
